The clay amphora not the oak barrel

Last night was a first in this household… Todays winemakers are going back to the Amphora. Yielding fantastic flavors of dried peach, fig, and apricots. Unfiltered, all natural, with a bright orange hue (unconventionally called orange wine). The first picture is a type of clay amphora and the second picture is the beautiful bright (in-spite of its unfiltered nature) glow of this over the top wine. A life changer.
