We paired with a Grechetto from Italy. It’s a grape variety of Greek origins. It’s grown in central Italy and mostly in Umbria. It’s primarily a blending grape with Chardonnay, Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Verdello but on its own it can fair well. Light, crisp much like a Pinot Grigio.
