Aperitif with currants

Not a Kir Royal not a Kir Petillant nor a Kir Pamplemousse, it also is not a Kir Normand… Neither a Kir Breton…. Not a Kir Berrichon or a Kir Imperial… Well… What is it? It’s Prosecco and blackberry wine from Jersey…. Lets call it a Kir Pinot. I just made it up. With floating red currants. Perfect before dinner.
