Lou, Pinot and I went completely Nutz this Christmas on the wines we purchased and consumed. I will be doing a post about our viticultural experience but it will take time to get all of our adjectives together. Mind blowing wines. Are you going to watch the ball drop this year? Happy New Year!

I had this little number in the cellar for a little over a year. I made it with raspberries I got at Giordano’s on 9th street. Not too sweet not too dry. The nose is of an effervescent dream in a meadow of wild flowers and pixies. Light crisp and undertones of honey suckle. My old lady made the bread. The painting in the background I painted in 2008 in South Beach Miami. Pinot gives this one a freakin’ standing O !
