After a morning of French toast bacon and fresh ground dark roast coffee in bed, we took a stroll through old city and picked up some wine. Starting the night with a Spanish semi hard goat cheese, an Italian hard sheep milk cheese, some stuffed peppers mozzarella balls some crostini and marinated mushrooms all from Claudios on 9th street. Pairing with a rich deep fig and cassis red from Cotes Du Rhone. Pinot is chirping her Bhoulls off at this spread.
